We have an exciting opportunity to join a boutique recruitment firm based in Victoria.
This role both supports and facilitates the work of the Consultants and it also serves as a wonderful training ground which enables fee earning success as a Consultant at a later stage. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, emotionally intelligent and have an interest in establishing and nurturing lasting relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be mentored by the founder and Co-CEO who both have over a decade of experience in their field.
It is important that you are confident with written communication, as you will be expected to write job advertisements and post these on a number of job boards and the company website. You will source high calibre candidates (approximately 15 per week) and accommodate the screening process as well as intelligently manage the diaries for consultants when booking in candidate interviews.
You will have to maintain accurate client and candidate records on the CRM system and carry out a number of ad-hoc team admin tasks as efficiently as possible. You will be set weekly research projects to gain insight into the client industries and there may be monthly operational projects such as finding networking events for the team to attend.
This is a hybrid role, but the office is available 24/7 should you wish to use it.
