Super organised Executive Assistant required to join well established Exec Search firm, supporting 2 Partners.
You will be handling a large workload running assignments with extensive dairy management and scheduling, globally across time-zones, and successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills at a senior level. This role will suit a experienced and confident EA who can anticipate the consultant’s business and assignment needs with a proactive approach.
You will need to be computer literate, and be comfortable constantly juggling between Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, database and the internet. Inputting, updating, coding and extracting information from the global database to assist in the search process. Attention to detail is paramount.
Some research experience would be advantageous ideally from an exec search background, but not essential.
