Front Desk Office Assistant

Dynamic NYC-based trading company require a Front Desk Office Assistant in their London office. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for the company; meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls and email enquiries, as well as providing administrative support to the Global Office Manager and the wider team (10+).

The Office Assistant will also be responsible for 

  • Placing and receiving orders, and set up of breakfast and lunch for the company, as well as tidying away
  • Maintenance and stock replenishment of groceries, cleaning supplies, stationery and IT supplies
  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Maintain data entry and filing
  • Travel arrangements
  • Research and coordinate staff events
  • Light cleaning and upkeep of office appearance
  • Ad-hoc requests and errands from team

This is an awesome opportunity for a degree educated (or equivalent), up and coming office manager who can hold their own, willing to get their sleeves rolled up, is naturally helpful and generally positive! It will be beneficial to have knowledge of MS office and Google Suite. This is not a hybrid role. hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
