We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Exec/Assistant to take the next step in their career. Our brilliant property client – West End based and with beautiful offices – is seeking someone on a 12-month FTC basis to join a well-established, fun, HR team. Excitingly, this role has come about due to growth, and this feels like a great time to be joining this firm, who boast excellent benefits, hybrid working, and a fun, sociable work force. The role is at HR exec level, and the client is open to seeing people from a variety of industries, and those who have been in assistant roles and are seeking that step up. However, they would love to see someone with both recruitment/on-boarding experience and ideally, ER exposure too. Specifically, the client would love someone who has led exit interviews, off boarding, and managed ER discussions around sickness, absence, maternity, and paternity leave and performance management issues.
We are seeking 3-5 years relevant experience ideally. A really fantastic role that can wait notice for the perfect candidate.
