We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our client, an energy supplier, as an Office Manager in their St James's office.
You would be responsible for helping to set up their new office and on top of typical Office Manager duties, some ad-hoc PA and reception duties would also be required as it is a small team.
The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years experience as an Office Manager or less if they have done a relevant graduate scheme within professional services. They need to be highly organised, proactive, and be able to think on their feet.
Daily tasks would involve booking meeting rooms, diary management for the Corporate Affairs Director, general office admin duties and acting as the first point of contact for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
We are looking for a confident, competent and articulate individual who is happy to muck in to complete the task at hand.
