We are seeking an exceptional OM/HR/operations candidate for a 12-month FTC starting in November/early December. This role is designed to support the smooth running, and daily operations off a boutique PE firm near Victoria and is a fabulous opportunity for someone wanting to work with high calibre people, take on a varied and challenging role, and make an impact. We are looking for a calm, efficient, muck-in person who relishes working with high performance teams, enjoys a varied role, has outstanding communications skills, and will commit to the contract in its entirety. On top of the daily running of the office, this person will be involved in recruitment and onboarding, the line management of a more junior member of the support team, events organising, HR system management, and will also minute the monthly leadership meetings, as well as much more! Significant senior level OM/HR/Operations experience is needed for this position, and comparable industry experience is preferred. However, most important to the client is an engaging, authentic person they can trust, someone with gravitas and maturity, and someone who really enjoys being that lynchpin for a busy, boutique office and simply loves getting things done to a high standard!
