Our incredibly charismatic and well established client require a Superstar PA to support at Founder Level. They want an incredibly organised and detail-motivated PA to manage complex diaries, alongside impeccable communication skills and confidence to converse at Board and Senior Management level.
We're looking for a proactive individual to support the CEO and ensure the organisation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Diary Management: Schedule confidential meetings and anticipate Founder's needs.

Client Relationships: Build professional relationships with senior clients and their assistants.

Meeting Coordination: Plan various meetings, calls, and social events seamlessly.

Event Management: Organize client events and personal engagements with creativity and precision.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive admin support, including data input and document creation.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years as an EA/PA in a professional environment.

Skills: Strong communication, tech proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems), and flexibility.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle urgent requests and maintain confidentiality.
