PA/Office Manager required for boutique family office based in the West End.
Fantastic opportunity for an individual who is seeking a role where they can be truly involved across the business and take on duties beyond the scope of the traditional EA responsibilities.
This is a PA/OM role to support the MD predominantly for a boutique multiple family office of 7 employees, based in the West End. This role is office based with the opportunity to work from home when the MD is traveling. They also have offices based in Europe.
This is a real all -rounder role and they are seeking an individual with a small company mentality.
- PA: diary management, travel scheduling, meetings, working across multiple timezones, light touch private support, budget management, excel, hotel bookings
- Office Management: POC for office, landlord, insurance, IT, supplies, expenses, company comms, meeting rooms, digital filing
If the appetite is there, and you are willing to learn, there is also the opportunity to take on additional duties longer term in terms of investment support, due diligence, private assets, research, and reporting- they are very flexible depending on the individual they hire.
Experience as an EA working in the finance or investment sector is highly desirable.
