We are seeking a Part Time HR Manager for a luxury fashion brand who will drive employer branding and implement change management initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with a broad range of skills and excellent organizational abilities. The candidate should have a strong track record of managing leadership stakeholders and engaging with all levels of the business to ensure harmonious employee relations. Additionally, the candidate should be able to take appropriate steps to resolve issues before they escalate.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, and onboarding for all departments
- Supporting the delivery of performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Providing appraisal and career development guidance, including coaching and managing related KPIs
- Conducting talent mapping exercises
- Handling employment contracts and correspondence
- Managing the annual performance appraisal process
- Maintaining the company handbook, updates, policies, etc.
- Organizing all company-wide events, parties, leadership days, and wellness activities
- Championing and developing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Creating and updating health and safety policies
- Managing student work placements
- Monitoring employee engagement
- Submitting monthly payroll
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in luxury retail, and a CIPD qualification is desirable.
