Patient Care and Sales Coordinator required for successful practice on Harley Street.

Please note this role is fully office-based for the first 3 months probationary period, then offers a hybrid working structure after this period. 

 

A fantastic opportunity for an self-starter who is warm, high energy and great with clients as you will be dealing with client sales. Whilst this is not a hard sales role and there is no cold calling involved, you will be working to targets and so it is essential you are motivated and a self-starter who is able to answer queries in an informative and credible manner. Full training will be given to build your knowledge and confidence.

Working within a team of patient coordinators, in a wider practice of 50 employees, this is a supporting, dynamic and team focused environment.

It is essential you have excellent verbal and written communication and 5 years experience in customer facing roles, as well as relevant experience working within customer sales and you are used to managing a heavy workload across both sales and admin. The ideal candidate would also be highly organised and working knowledge of simple database applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

 

Role responsibilities;

  • Answer queries on the phone
  • To guide patients through their first visits and making them aware that you will be their contact person if they have any queries in the future
  • To book surgical appointments and consultations
  • To invoice patients for deposits and surgery balances
  • Ensure all the client’s needs are met while visiting the practice
  • To update all records on the patient database as appropriate
  • To play an active part in the maintenance of a supportive learning environment within the clinic
  • To complete the end of day administration
  • To hit monthly targets

 

The role is full time, 37.5 hours, working Monday – Friday, and they work a variety of shift patterns covering opening hours of 8am – 6pm.

The role is a mix of working in clinic and working from home. Working from home will only be possible once the candidate has passed their 3 month probation period.
