Established and growing trading company in Victoria is moving to brand new offices and require two passionate Receptionists to join their expanding team!
This is a great opportunity for team-playing Receptionists to make the role their own, splitting their shifts between manning the ground floor reception and running a floor of 7 client meeting rooms. Please note this is an in-house Reception role, not a multi tenanted building. Therefore you are an integral part of the company and will offer a 5* front of house service to both clients, contact and your new colleagues!
It is essential that you self-motivated, with a bright and sparkling personality who has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will perform well under pressure and enjoys providing a hospitality service when it comes to taking refreshment orders and serving during meetings.
There are two shifts to cover 08:00 - 17:00 and 09:30 - 17:30
Start dates are likely to be towards end of February and mid-March
