Our client a prominent player in the insurance industry, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their Human Resources team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation by attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination and Scheduling: The majority of this role will rely on the management of a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, devoting a lot of time to scheduling screenings, assessments and interviews, as well as gathering candidate feedback. Ensuring there is a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates. 

  3. Application Tracking System (ATS): Maintain and update our ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Generate reports and provide insights to enhance the recruitment process.

  4. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with hiring managers/stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.

  5. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates joining the company.

  6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand. Showcase the company's culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.

  7. Ad hoc administrative support: Ensure Recruitment and Hiring Managers have all they need in term of stationery, branded giveaways, up to date marketing materials and support with the arrangement and logistics of Recruitment events. 


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Strong Administration/Scheduling role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and  time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with confidence to deal autonomously with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
