Boutique Exec Search firm supporting the financial services industry, require a super organised and experienced all rounder to join them in an Coordinator capacity.  However, there is also PA duties to the team as well as some Office Management support.

This varied and busy role will keep the Coordinator busy in the firm's Mayfair office overseeing search processes, maintaining relationships with clients, scheduling meetings and interviews, database management, managing diaries, office management duties and some front of house responsibilities.

This is a lovely opportunity for an an organisation whizz and someone who can spin many plates. This Coordinator role will suite a strong team player, with excellent written and verbal skills from a Search/Recruitment background as it is essential that you can be relied upon to hit the ground running. It will also be beneficial if you have knowledge experience of financial services too.
