Well established Private Equity company require Team EA to join them supporting busy partners and the wider team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA from a Financial Services background, ideally from a fast paced environment, who loves diary management, as there is plenty on offer here, alongside accompanying travel arrangements, accommodation and meeting room booking, reservations and expense claims.
You will work alongside a loyal team of EAs who support and collaborate with one another, to run an efficient and effective support team with the above and any other administrative duties, such as phone cover, filing, documentation prep. There will also be ad hoc project and event support needed as required. It is essential you are a proficient user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
This role is based in the West End and offers 4 days in the office, 1 from home, with fantastic bonus and benefits on offer
