Louisa Robertson
Our Founder, Louisa Robertson brings over a decade of experience having run highly successful recruitment businesses in both the UK and the US. Louisa’s experience, alongside her international exposure, enables her to offer expert advice to her clients and candidates and to find the perfect match for any opportunity.
Louisa lived in New York for several years and loves to travel. She is also a keen skier with a particular fondness for long lunches on the mountain!

Daisy Page
Daisy joined LRA Search in 2022 as Co-CEO. She brings with her over a decade of experience in building and managing high-performance teams, and her commitment to excellence leads her to nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Daisy has an MA from The University of Edinburgh and lives in SE London with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader and an expert martini maker!

Hannah Peacock
Hannah has been with LRA Search since 2021. She has significant experience in inhouse recruitment, as well as 10+ years of Office Management, PA, and EA exposure from a range of industry backgrounds. Her insight into these areas makes Hannah an empathetic and knowledgeable recruiter who can see both the candidate and client perspective.
A new mother to a lock down baby, her spare time is taken up with negotiating the demands of a 3-year-old! When she can, Hannah loves a good crime drama and shopping for a bargain!

Georgia-May Drennan
Georgia-May joined the team as a consultant in 2023. Originally from Glasgow, Georgia-May has an MA in English Literature & French from the University of Aberdeen and lived in Rouen and Bordeaux, before settling in South London which she now happily calls home.
Prior to joining LRA, she worked as both a private PA and live-in nanny to a UHNW family giving her invaluable insight into the duties and skill sets required by many of our clients. She has a passion for the Arts and warmly welcomes any new reading or theatre recommendations!
